Album Notes

This CD is made up of a mix of studio takes and live recordings, some from the studio at Evos Arts in Lowell, and the rest from live concerts at The Middle East, Club Passim and Herrell's Renaissance Cafe. They have a certain live energy that would be impossible to recreate. The artist has drawn on each individual cd, so which one you get is up to fate. This CD has also been under circulation under the name "Why Not Fly", recognizable by the trademark bird design. Ari and her band are currently in the recording studio, expect a new record soon.

Street Girl Smarts In CD Art

Ari really has this unique blend in her soul. She really just spills out what is inside of her and offers it up inside song form. Her vocals are top knotch and often help keep a song afloat where it lacks lyrically. I found her in Harvard Square and was left mesmerized. It's nice to know she's still doing things her own way, at her own pace. Can't wait to hear her with a band....
