Ariana Jane. Born in Moscow(Russia).
Grew up most of her childhood in Europe.
Resides in Detroit, U.S.A.
(U.S.citizen since 1993).

Ariana Jane began writing music and singing at age 10, while taking piano classes for 8 years course at the European Junior Music School.She then appeared on several different TV and Radio shows.At age 15,she earned an award for the best recording singer/songwriter at a National Talent Show.
Soon after she has performed at various top venues and premiers nationwide and has also toured Europe with different European bands where was spotted with the opportunity to be featured as a new recording artist and a songwriter at age 14.

At age 15,after graduating from a private Academy (Zurich/Switzerland),Ariana Jane attended Art School in New York as a full time student via the student exchange program.
During those 4 years of schooling she then permanently relocated to U.S. for her American Journey.

At the same time she was spending each Summer
(4 years Summer Program) back in Moscow,studying a full-time course in Theory of Music where later on earned her Master degree within that field.

Few years later she discovered herself practicing English with ease and joy in her musical expression.
She started performing her original arrangements of American Jazz Standards around few clubs in Manhattan.

In 1993 by the private reasons Ariana is taking off and moving out from N.Y. to Detroit, Michigan.

Later on,while performing at different and numerous events around Michigan, she has been approached by a well-known local musicians and bands who were strongly recommended that she should pursue a recording career.

She continues to perform in local clubs in Detroit and surrounding areas with her own arrangements of American popular standards and tunes. She also performed with her own written and independent material. However, she felt that doing club singing was limiting her ability to develop as more creative singer-songwriter.

In 2004, by a suggestion of a well-known musician and a businessman from L.A., she struck out on her own and teamed up with a Grammy Award winner producer Michael J.
Powell, with whom she worked for the next few years.

Ariana Jane is one of those rare artists with a great taste of Old School Music.
With the modern music language transformed into easy listening melodies,soulful and jazzy writing style of her own,topped with the husky, colorful,sexy voice,yet with a big vocal range and has the power to touch so many hearts.

A very gifted singer-songwriter she writes her songs from the heart, and brings it out from her soul with the most creative and a unique style of expression.
