Fear is one of the strongest emotions that can block God’s loving, healing energy from flowing freely within and from us. And we fear pain because our perception of it is that it robs us of joy and therefore causes suffering. The intention of this meditation is to help you bear or release any pain, without fear, and perhaps even experience complete holistic healing of the body, mind and spirit!

There are two tracks to this CD. The first track is about 15 minutes long in which Arlis will introduce you to the background and concepts of the actual meditation, along with Scriptural references. On the second track you will be guided by Arlis’s soothing voice and gentle background music through a 1/2 hour healing meditation using guided imagery.
