So how did it all start ? Maybe it was because I had a CD baby page which you can check out at http://www.cdbaby.com/artpaul

or maybe it was that fact that I posted an invite for musicians to come to Madison and perform on my TV show on WYOU at cdbaby.org.

Well whatever the reason, one day I got in the mail the CD: Shari Elf I’m Forcing Goodness on You which you can check out at
http://www.cdbaby.com/sharielf and wasn’t sure what to do or think about it but then Robin started listening to it and playing it and we liked it.

Robin then started E-mailing Shari and Shari sent Robin a noticed that she was looking for people to record a tribute for The Shari Elf Tribute CD. At first it was just going to be a song but then I wrote an original and Robin did too and Robin wasn’t sure which Shari Elf song we would sound good together on and when your in the studio and your having fun things just keep growing.

Thanks to WORT for use of the studio. Thanks to Robert Monthey for transporting the music from cassette to CD for us. Thanks to Shari Elf for her fun songs, and for the invite to be on here tribute CD which you can check out at http;//www.cdbaby.com/cd/sharielf2 and for the permission to use them for this CD. & lastly thanks to Robin who inspired this CD, made me laugh, sang good and put up with my weird sense of humor.
