Album Notes

Between the Strings is a Creative Improvising Music trio exploring the collision of sounds, noises, rhythm and melody. Comprised of violin, viola, contrabass and live electronics, Between the Strings creates rich orchestral and other-world timbres. Driving grooves and shocking textures merge to create rich musical landscapes of contrasting beauty and horror. Since the music is completely spontaneous , each concert is unique. The result is edgy, sometimes chaotic and always unpredictable.
