This is Blues

This is one of my favorite CD\'s. Best blues out there. Would love to have more music like this. Can\'t wait for another release by Alabama Slim.

I love this cd & can't stop playing it the tracks Crack Alley & the title track are worth the price alone & Little Freddie King(Fat Possum) plays guitar throughout & chips in with two songs taking lead vocals to make this an outstanding release. I can't wait for the next Alabama Slim release who has a good voice similar to John Lee Hooker. Also there's some nice harp playing going on which gives it a real good feel. If you like your Blues slow & moody this is for you, I can't recommend this highly enough. We're sure lucky these two New Orleans residents & Bluesmen survived Hurricane Katrina & the mighty flood !!
