Real story: My wife had awful headache and nothing could help her. She could not sleep. The situation was terrible. I remembered that A.Stori once told me that his CDs can help to induce sleep. To be honestly I didn't believe it can help, nevertheless I suggested my wife listen to the music and try to fall asleep. I was surprised when after 15-20 minutes I found her sleeping and when she waked up she had no headache. The situation repeated some days later. So, if you have the same problems, try listen to the music and fall asleep before to take the drugs. It may help at least don't harm.
Sometimes You just like to relax and not have to concern on anything around you. Ambient relaxation music goes some way towards achieving this goal, but it still stimulates the mind. This CD is great for anyone want to go to that next step. It's especially good for deep meditation and relaxation where you want to drift off to a higher plain.
