Album Notes

ASI is audiovisual.

Catch us live and you'll see images drawn and projected in real time, as the band's sound sidles up to folk, rock and the influences of classical Indian music.

The sound on our debut album, The Waiting , is a diverse embrace of styles and atmospheres. On the teaser single, Burn them All, acoustic folk grows into a beat box romp. In other places, singer/songwriter folk is followed by 22-beat indie rock. The final track of the album takes you on a 13 minute ride, moseying through found-sounds, ambient, trance and rock'n'roll before building into a thundering wall of trans-global percussion.

Whatever we do, there remains a constant: layered, intimate music, that builds to epic, glorious finales.

This is what we like to do.
