From track to track this album reveals the influences that these 4 musicians share. Upon first listen, you may hear strong influences from Echo & the Bunnymen, early The Cure, and Bauhaus. However, after multiple listens, you may hear music more akin to the Stone Roses, INXS, or The Mission UK. Formed in the Spring of 2011 by members of other bands, The JoyRyders and The Visitor, this guitar-driven band strives to create art with each song – hence, the name – Ateliers -- a French word meaning “artists workshop.”
