Album Notes

When the opening track "The Fire Inside" comes roaring from your speakers, it becomes quite clear that Attic Symphony has very little to do with violins and harps. Instead it's more about the approach that was taken to create this exciting music. This sound is best described as well orchestrated Epic Metal with distinct melodic hooks.

Even though this approach boasts nothing new in the world of hard rock and metal, the general consensus about this CD is that the music sounds fresh yet familiar.

There is a classic vibe to this CD that hails back to the day of packed concert arenas, walls of amps, massive drum kits and larger than life onstage theatrics.

But Attic Symphony doesn't stop there. This music will stir your soul in a way that goes far beyond mere entertainment. It sweeps you up and takes you for a ride and then drops you off leaving you feeling somewhat better about life. But hey isn't that what good music is supposed to do? Order the Attic symphony CD and you be the judge.

A Symphony that kicks it!
author: R.Davey
I have never heard of Attic Symphony, and now I'll never forget them. This is an instrumental metal cd that will leave you saying "who needs vocals". The opening track "The Fire Inside" sets the standard, and the rest of the cd never lets up. The blending of acoustic & electric guitars on some tracks, never detracts from the metal feel. I recommend this cd to all metal heads!
