Every so often an artist comes along that has the potential and ability to inspire millions, and successfully impact a widely diverse audience of different nationalities, cultures and generations. And so we introduce to you, recording and international performing artist Aubree-Anna, that very diamond in the rough waiting to shine, with a heart of gold and warm smile that invite you into her heart where she reveals the secret to her true beauty. Aubree-Anna is not only a gifted singer, but an accomplished painter as well, specializing in color and black and white acrylic paintings of multicultural people, with a passion for women, the elderly, and Africa. Her interest in entertaining and art started early, but it wasn't until her high school years that she really began to blossom, performing in plays, choir, and entering competitions for both Music and Art, winning awards and accolades for her work.
For the last seven years she has been training under Indie Label Crystola Records. This has allowed her to continue to grow in her writing (Aubree-Anna has written and copyrighted close to 200 songs to date), recording, and performing skills, as well as personally and professionally as an artist.
Something magical happens while Aubree-Anna is performing and because of this, her popularity and demand for appearances for both public and private events has greatly increased throughout the last three years, and it's no surprise when you review her Cover Tune song list of over 200 songs that is updated every week with new material, which includes World music (singing some in Hindi and some in Spanish). Aubree-Anna is no stranger to the stage—from small upscale venues and private parties and weddings, singing the National Anthem and being the featured performer at the Texas Stadium for the Dallas Cowboys Alumni Event, and for the second consecutive year she was asked to perform at the Big State Fair of Texas, this year performing after Grammy Award Members, Boys II Men. Aubree-Anna has also been featured in many local publications, most recently the Dallas Mornings News and the Addison Magazine (a DFW publication).
Aubree-Anna's refreshing sound, with a classic twist, sultry vocals and musical style, blends Jazz, Pop, Alternative, and Soul. It reminds you of great artists like Billie Holiday and John Legend, but like many great singers she is unique. She has the ability to either deliver a song with a smooth and rich delicacy, or effortlessly ascend into a commanding and soulful explosion of emotions.
Aubree-Anna's 2nd CD, titled "Indescribable", is in the style of Pop/Jazz. With this album, you'll delight your ears with great songs that really allow her to express herself as an artist—Such as, a sassy blues track titled "Come On Home", a Spanish flavored "Rhythm is Her Passion", a fun-hearted Jazzy song called "You Make Me", and even a catchy reggae song called "Dancin' in the Sand".
