Aubrey Nye is certified as a Neuro Linguistic practitioner through NLP Comprehensive ;certified in Hypnosis through North Central Hypnotism Training Institute and the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners; teaches classes at Metropolitan Community College and Iowa Western; has done individual workshops for various organizations and companies; has helped hundreds of people in her private practice and classes; author of the recent publication "Mirror Images/Is there a genetic link to spirit?" and artist, that has done commissions throughout the United States.
The methods and techniques that she shares with you within these CD's are ones that have helped her, along with hundreds of other people to make the journey of life a little bit easier. And sometimes, a lot easier!
I had an extreme fear of the Dentist office because of some traumatic experiences with several Dentists when I was younger. I started shaking as I drove up to the office. I had heart palpitations and the novocaine would not work because of my nervousness. It was horrible! By doing this technique and listeing to my relaxation CD while at the office I was able to totally let go of that fear, other than the normal reactions to dental surgery.
This process has helped many others that I have heard from. Some that had not been to the dentists office for years because of their fear, and after using this technique, they were finally able to go without trepidation and fear. One lady said she didn't even have to have novocaine.
You may need to play the process several times for it to work. This really does work!!!!!
