Album Notes

San Francisco’s AUDIODUB is quickly becoming known as the most powerfully-versatile band in the Bay Area and is set to release it’s third album titled “Love No More” this October. Audiodub tastes like a Jamba Juice pumped with rock, reggae and punk flavors that leaves you hungry for more. Since the release of their debut album “So Scud” in 2008 and “Daytime TV” in 2009, Audiodub has accumulated an intensly-loyal fanbase throughout the west coast and has been selling out venues such as San Francisco’s Slim’s, San Diego’s 710 Beach Club and Portland’s Someday Lounge.

It’s no secret that Audiodub cut its stage teeth as a Sublime tribute band in 2006 and influences are easily recognized in this catchy rock/reggae album. But this power-trio pushes the envelope of the California rock mentality with anthemic guitar riffs and brings melodic vocals to the forefront. The album’s first single, “The Story that Never Ends” takes a powerfully-pounding bass line and pours it over a slow, emotionally charged melody. Last year’s single “Save Your Soul” was played by Live 105 in San Francisco, 94.7 KNRK in Portland, OR and 100.7 The Mix in Bend, OR as well as recieving media placement in an ESPN video documentary.

Phillip, a writer from The Pier Reggae Rock Magazine wrote: “Audiodub, a reggae-rock trio out of San Francisco has crafted what needs to go down as one of the best reggae-rock records of 2009.”
