Album Notes

Austin O’Brien High School (Edmonton, Canada) is proud to announce the release of their latest CD project, “NOW and THEN – The AOB Rock Album”. This release features a compilation of some of the Best Rock Bands and Rock Artists from the Austin O’Brien student body, spanning the last 10 years. Styles represented on this recording range from the dark electronic industrial sound to the melodic and lyrical to the light-hearted and whimsically playful.

"It was a pleasure to compile this group of artists and I know you will be impressed. This CD includes some of the most fantastic young musicians I’ve ever had the honour of working with in my music teaching career. Their strong sense of song-writing, form, and melody are ever-present on this recording.
