Deliciously melancholic cello strings introduce us to Mark Holland's compelling cedar flute-based melodies that artfully arrange piano, guitar, harp, chimes and percussion into vibrantly hued audio vignettes. modern low-impact non-classical chamber music. Fronted by
native American flute. Flutist, composer Mark Holland's
soft-spoken assembly consists of guitar, cello, harp,
piano, bass, percussion and more. To his credit, Holland
manages to front the ensemble without relegating the
sidemen to mere background status.

    Back with another stunning album, Autumn's Child, powered by Mark Holland, gives us another 12 tracks of beautifully orchestrated songs featuring Native American flute. Enriched and colored with the tones and voices of cello, harp, piano, guitar and percussion, this album, like his others, stands out in the genre. With warmth, heart and vision, his songs evoke strong emotions ranging from calm and peaceful to wistful and yearning. For any fan of the New Age and Native American collections, this is a fine addition.
