Album Notes

Avaldan is a family Christian band. Originating back in the late 80s. Our music has always been up beat, Christian Pop Rock Blues style, but we also get into Praise and Worship, (Hillsong style).

For several years Dan and Linda Maxedon were Praise and Worship leaders in a Church in Bloomington Illinois. But for the last couple years, has been in the recording studio, with all of Avaldan, preparing for the concept of taking their talants to the broken body of Christ and the world. In these last days, God will reach the multitudes with every tool, music, being a powerful tool, using every genre.

Serenity Avaldan has always been the lead singer, and song writer for Avaldan, and she is talented as well with musical instruments. Keyboards, drums and bass ect.

Dan Maxedon, (Serenitys Father) Is the leader of the group, writes songs, and plays all instruments, Especially Guitars, Horns, Piano ect. He still preaches some as well, (22 years of Preaching experience) and has a powerful message of Faith and Love.

Linda Maxedon (Dans wife) sings backup and worship with Avaldan. She is also envolved in the Videos, with song and dance. Brittney Holmes, (Serenitys Daughter) is envolved in some back up singing and Videos. Joel Cooprider (Serenitys Husband) helps in producing and filming of the videos.

Our vision is to take the Love of Christ to the multitudes through the power of song, Spirtual dance, and Preaching of the Word of God. God is doing a mighty work in these last days, and Avaldan wants to be a vital part of it.
