AVM (a/k/a AvenueMax) is an outstanding Chicago based Rock Group and Recording Act headed by singer, songwriter and producer ROBERT MACKEY. Official web-site is AVMband.com

Mackey, a member or the National Academy Of Recording Arts and Sciences (the Grammy People), models his production and songwriting style after Jeff Lynne (ELO, Tom Petty), Alan Parsons (Pink Floyd, Al Stewart, The Alan Parsons Project) and Jim Peterik (Survivor, World Stage). His songs and music are described as "from the heart" and "cinamatic".

Currently, he is composing music and songs for two films, the feature-length alien/vampire thriller film "Lost Girls" by writer/director Alexander Alcarese (website) www.LostGirlsMovie.com and a comedy "Wrong Place At The Wrong Time" on Film Star Pictures. Mackey also has a supporting actor role in both movies. The song "It's Tonight" will be featured in the opening scenes of the movie "Wrong Place At The Wrong Time".

This groups star is on the rise! With international CD sales, reviews and radio airplay on 100+ stations, the response to this heart felt and dynamic rock music has been very "real" causing many people to call the radio station and ask "who WAS that?"
