And finally after 23 months and 17 days, COMPASS steps out from the harsh glare of its own carefree signpost. A friend quipped ‘Why so long?’ ‘Did you lose your way?’ And if the truth be known, yes we did and the COMPASS never lies!
But secuutus routes meant that consciously or subconsciously Back Of Beyond then arrived to become Track 8.
Back Of Beyond is the loneliest & bleakest place in the world but to someone it is HOME

myth or instinct from the holy fool
long tracking tunnels deep in the memory tastes sounds can't forget
a soft light spills out the underground black water surrounds the small town'

It has been a long time in the making! But here it is at last. COMPASS is an 8 track four-hand prepared piano exploration, with electronics, choirs, solo singers, guitars, flutes, poets, dry pasta, coins, wooden suspension bridges plus one giant size duvet!
This album is really designed as a 50 minute headphone experience and preferably listened to in one go from start to finish. But of course it can also be dipped into as and when you like.
