Pepa Quiroga and Edgar Macchiavell ,world musicians from Argentina ,SouthAmerica with background in Argentinean folk music ,Latin ,Brazilian ,LatinJazz ,Rock ,Blues and Reggae music ,now living in The San Francisco Bay Area and performing live shows with their Band Axé ,also known as Mucho Axé .This is their second album in the USA and includes 6 original songs in different styles ,from bolero to reggae ,to samba and mambo .Great vocals performed by Pepa with surprising freedom of expression .Danceable music at its best with a really original approach in the instrumentation and with a really imppresive drum section .Noah Waldman the drummer and producer of this album ,which also includes 3 covers from A C Jobim ,C Santana and Fania All Stars
