Betty Ashton Andrews has taken the years of experience she has playing the harp in hospitals and churches and has put together a CD of hymns that provide rest for the human soul. These are classics that you know and love and she has recorded them with absolute elegance. Andrews has a degree in Harp Performance from Vanderbilt University and has been the Musician in Residence at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN since 2001. She is one of Nashville’s most sought after harpists for live performances and recording.

Better and Better

Betty Ashton Andrews just gets better and better with each new cd. I have them all, and this is definitely the best one yet. Even if you are not a fan of harp music, I think you would still enjoy the quiet, worshipful mood of this cd. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys the great hymns of the church.
