Album Notes

"Listening to this album gives every music lover something... like swing, boogie, western swing, pop/jazz swing. The vocalists really stand out on this album. Rebecca Sayre and Maureen Mohr really give this band a shining edge."
~ Chuck Chellman, Jazz & Blues News

"...they manage to put a modern spin on a timeless style by emphasizing the rapturous delight of the music's rhythm and harmony.... and tap into the vibe with talent and intoxicating verve."
~ Michael McCall, Nashville Scene

"...more fun than a food fight at an Italian restaurant. A mix of clever songwriting, tight harmonies and excellent musicianship make these guys one of our new faves."
~ Bluebird Cafe News

"These guys have terrific vocals as they play nothing but original tunes, and have one of the best rhythm sections in town. Go see them soon--and wear your dancing shoes."
~ Charles Earle, In Review

They keep on bingin'

Badabing Badaboom has never ceased to please. Sure, the swing, the musicianship, and the vocals are great. But what sets these cats apart are the infectious, clever lyrics. A good time will be had by all who listen.

In the space of a week, I have listened to this CD so many times that I have memorised almost all of the words. My eight year old son loves it too. These songs are so witty and well written. I have so many favourites. Romance Is A Verb and Lonely in New York are the pick for me, my son loves Freddy the Frog. The musicians are brilliant, the singers wonderful, and every song is a gem. I have now purchased all of their albums and I wish there were more.
