Early Lauren Echo before she went solo. Early David K before he kicked himself out of the band to manage Lauren. David and Lauren were part of this trio of songwriters called Bag One, which also included Warren Kimmel.
Bag One created Sunglass Stories as an album of songstories combining pop, folk, rock & ballads. There is a tinge of country & the alternative - especially in the lyrics.
Bag One is dedicated to creating universal songs that touch people. The songs are rhythmic, melodic & hook oriented with consistent & intelligent lyrics.
Lauren Echo handles the deep gritty female vocals with a style that captivates audiences & is reminiscent of a young Bonnie Raitt. David K has a vocal style that fans say is kinda soothing and a little bit Lou Reed and Dylanesque.

author: Linda DrogosI first started listening to Lauren echo for the first time just a couple of months ago. I really enjoy her music. i would lke to get all of her CD's. They are hard to find, i can only order them off the computer. I will keep listening!!
