With enough hard rocking tunes here to make you want to get your ball on, this is a good glimpse at many underground artists some of which have gained notoriety with more prominent acts. Hilljack tackle some bluesy hard rock with their bar buster 'Too Damn Sober'. Roxx Gang offer up their usual brand of mid tempo sleaze rock that is sure to get the ladies up and dancing, for sure. Mystic Force deliver some deep toned stuff reminiscent of Nevermore while Bird Of Prey kick in some good progressive power metal with their forward driving 'Carry Me'. The guitars on David LaDuke's 'Psychedelic Sandwich' are absolutely rocking as he pulls out a cool mix of sleazy metal intertwined with traditional rock that would make for some great strip bar music. He chimes in again with 'Rockin N Ready', a track that showcases his soulful and original vocal delivery over top a backdrop of music similar to KIX or Autograph. For collectors who enjoy compilations of notable, rocking artists that are a little bit too hard to lay your hands on, this is a good choice to rock the house.
