ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
If you like golf you will laugh when you hear "Ball Talk" music because you will relate to the lyrics. If you don't play golf then you can just dance to the music and drink a toast to old man par.

The artist Bob Scott has been a professional drummer, singer and amateur golfer since he was 14 yrs old and currently has a golf handicap of 10. The biggest prize came from winning the San Francisco Musicians Union golf tournament in 1998.
He is still waiting for his first “hole in one”.

He has been performing in the musically diverse San Francisco area for 30 years with many great musicians not only as a drummer, but also as a singer and songwriter.

His drumming can be heard on the following recordings:

Willie Nelson: Gypsy, Stardust, Angel Eyes, Austin City Limits with Ray Charles, Willie’s HBO Special.

Dan Hicks and the Hot Licks: Last Train to Hicksville, Shootin’ Straight, It Happened One Bite, The Best of Dan Hicks

Mal Sharpe : Big Money in Gumbo

Big Joe Turner: Shake Rattle and Blues with Michael Bloomfield

San Francisco Giants: Let’s Get Fired Up
