Album Notes

B.A.M.A.

It's 2004, and, typically, there are many rappers and rap groups, but there is only one B.A.M.A.
B.A.M.A., comprised of Brian "Taurus Caine" Morris and Darius "Rain" Lacey, is many things, but "typical" is not one of them. The group is the spawn of a mountain of creativity mixed with an even larger amount of frustration. B.A.M.A., an acronym meaning, Boyz After Money Always, is obviously from Alabama, which presents the challenge of overcoming an "untapped" market, as well presenting a new style to the ever-changing south.
B.A.M.A. welcomes this challenge!

Rain and Taurus Caine met in 1997 when the two (then, both, solo artists) were recording at Knight Crimes studio in Montgomery, Alabama. At the time, the only mission on their minds was recording anything so that people knew they existed. From that point, the two kindled a friendship then that would see Taurus Caine moving to the west coast and back to launch a "street worthy" solo career, Rain moving to Birmingham, and launching a successful "ghost writing" career, and both artists ending up back in Montgomery, Alabama with the same manager. It was that manager, Brian Miller, who saw uniqueness to the two and convinced the "Boyz" to form what will become the largest music accomplishment to the state of Alabama. Now with the added abilities of both members producing and recording, as well as writing, and being driven by the creative powerhouse, Vision Entertainment, which was formed by B.A.M.A. and their manager, success is inevitable.

Don't get it twisted; B.A.M.A. is by no means a group. B.A.M.A. is everything about Alabama. It's a vehicle that sets the "truth" of southern living to music.
B.A.M.A. is NOW!
