Album Notes

THE BANDANAS: Barb Jorgenson, Bev Winzenburg and Rosie Henry have been performing together for many years (35) in Southern Minnesota. We grew up in St. Charles, Minnesota and performed as The Henry Sisters. In the late 90's we started performing as the Bandanas. The show includes every color of Bandana and the best way to wear one. If you can put up with the jokes and old songs, like those of Hank Williams, The Judds, Mccarter Sisters and John Denver you'll enjoy us. We love 'Old Country' music. We've had many requests over the years for a CD so we contacted McLooney tunes in Winona, Minnesota. Annie McLoone and Tom Moncrieff are great people to work with. They were instrumental in the production of our CD. Studio musician Tom Moncrieff adds rythmic dobro to many of the songs. Amelia Earheart is surrounded by the mandolin picking of Dean Bixenman. We are proud of the final mix which was done at Rude Lab Records by digital technician Tom Moncrieff. The Bandanas harmonies really resonate throughout the CD.
