Album Notes

Bandmates - Get into some good indie-folk rock music!Be sure to listen to"The Buddha and the Alien".Blended with
fantastic female vocals you will find many rich sounds full of percussion , unique bass tones and delightful guitar.

In 2005 while recording some duo tracks with Lee Fortune
of Bright Spot Studios in Dallas, Carson/Cody wanted a
lead guitar player and from that day Fortune joined Bandmates.

The highly regarded Scott Miles is their studio drummer/percussionist.

Bandmates opened for such greats as Grammy Award winners
Brave Combo and have played the same venues as Edie Brickell,Sara Hickman,Rev.Horton Heat,Malford Milligan
and Bowling For Soup.

Like Austin and Seattle,Dallas has a flourishing music
scene.

Cody's vocals have a twang and her lyrics take you on a
journey. This bands sound is together.Carson's playing is
melodic and thoughtful.Fortune rounds out the sound with
his veteran guitar style.Miles tasteful percussion and
drumming is sure to mesmerize.

You will want to by more than one copy of "Buddha and the
Alien" to pass on to a friend or family member.
Trust me , you will fall in love with the bandmates.

enjoy the music ,you'll be glad you did.
