Album Notes

Hi, I'm Tom Foti. I'm the singer/songwriter of The Band Next Door. We released our debut self-titled album last year, and it is also selling on CDBaby.com. That album was a group of mostly fun, 3-minute pop songs.

TWOFER, the current offering, is a little more on the thoughtful side. We believe you'll find the melodies as catchy as on our first release, but the lyrics are more reflective of what might be going on inside a person's mind as he or she ponders their relationships to others, as well as to the world.

Al Muzer of the New Jersey/New York based Aquarian weekly writes: "The Band Next Door serves up two more very decent pop numbers, boasting deeply affecting lyrics, warm vocals, simple melodies, ethereal back-up, a touch of mandolin, and more than enough heart to fill out a full length."
