Great voice, interesting songs but not enough separation between her and the orc
author: Neil KoshThe orchestra is too loud. it tends to smother her fine singing.
Great voice, Great songs, Glad I found it again.
author: Heather. (Australia)After hearing a song years ago. City of Angels. I had no idea who sung it until I remembered the words House of Echoes, I am extremely grateful as now I have many songs by this artist and they are all awesome. Thanks. This CD is the best in my collection.
A diamond!
author: Rolando N. ReyesI discovered Kristin here at MP3, and when I heard her voice, I heard Streisand & Dion in one single breath of note. I then proceeded to buy all of her CDs and listened to all of them in one sitting. And, I still have to find one song that I don't like. This talent must be recognized or the whole wide world will go to a dark deep slumber.
Voice of an angel, beauty of a thousand sunsets.
author: Rod ( Clear Sound Audio )This CD is breathtaking. With a voice as beautiful as she is, she takes you on a journey of powerful, uplifting music that leaves you feeling relaxed and refreshed. Thanks Kristen
Excelence, Superb, Great Star is rising, Greater than Streisand and Dion
author: Benno Nielsen, DenmarkWhat a voice! It is to hard to choose a favorit on this CD, all is Masterpieces, filled with Joy and Heartbeat, i´m looking forward to hear this Artist again and again. My best of wishes to the artist.
Fantastic voice and music
author: BobnweaveMy reccommendation is born from my actions. Given the age of Napster and other means to "share" music I bought all of her albums. An artist this talented and tehno aware should be rewarded. Looking forward to the next album (hits).
Passionate!!!
author: Joe LilavoisThere is no doubt about the fact that this woman is passionate about what she's singing about. I miss that in music nowadays. Awesome vocals, and good delivery.
Brilliant voice, excellent songs
author: Chris LamponI won't ever tire of hearing "Another Woman's Dreams" - it is so poignant and her voice mesmerising. I first heard some of her songs through the mp3 site and bought the CD. It is brilliant and highly recommended.
Absolutely Fantastic Voice
author: Larry SmithJust buying the CD after hearing the Jewel in Your Crown song form the CD. I could play this song for hours and hours on end without tiring. Kristin has a strong voice reminiscent of Joan Baez and this song is a prime example of her sounds.

"City of Angels" and "Make You Mine" Pop Review by Doug Cornell It's pleasant to hear a pop singer who doesn't think she has to sing five octaves to be a success (Mariah Carey). Kristin Banks is blessed with a clear and powerful voice that will excite any fan of vocal pop music. "City of Angels" begins as a ballad, as Kristin strums a soft acoustic guitar and sings "I'm drawn to you, and love's allure/ It feels so safe, sacred and pure..." which builds to a well crafted lyrical journey through the complexity of love. The production is lush and typical of the genre- piano, dense vocal choruses, and Kristin's voice soaring over the top. It's not hard to imagine hearing this song playing over the closing credits of a big-budget film. On "Make You Mine", Kristin give us a sassy pop tune that's ready made for the dance floor. The beat is light and fun in this song designed to put you in a good mood and keep you sweating. Both "City of Angels" and "Make You Mine" showcase the full range of Kristin Banks undeniable talent. - Doug Cornell, AMP3.COM

"Kristin obviously has a load of talent - very strong voice. She employs tremolo in her singing style, which is a nice switch from the wide vibrato of many pop singers. It reminds me a little of a very pop Joan Baez." -mp3-reviews.com

"I first heard Kristin's album via an MP3 file. I heard the song City of Angels, and I ordered the cd immeadiately. The words really speak to the listener, and much of the CD is about the age old matters of love. House Of Echoes, City of Angels and Another Woman's dream are pure gems. I love her voice, it's graceful and appealing, along the lines of Linda Rhonstadt, though I tend to think Krisin has a distinct voice. You can feel her pain as she overcomes lost love in House of Echoes, and you can know the optimism she offers in City of Angels. If you love ballads, meloncholy rock, or Shania like pop-country, you'll absolutely love this ablum. I haven't stopped listening to it since I received it. Wonderful." -John Couch, Greensboro, NC
