Established recording artists are now taking notice of their songwriting talents. Artists like Terri Hendrix & Lloyd Maines, Rickie Simpkins, Dale Anne Bradley, Ernie Thacker, Blue Moon Rising, Darrell Webb, and others have cut their songs.

Jeff and Sarah play acoustic music seasoned with the distinctive flavors of bluegrass, old time, classic country, and modern folk. Barb Hollow Sessions
author: Bill PaishThis recording has a great, front porch feel, that should appeal to anyone who loves bluegrass and "old timey" American music. The songwriting is innovative while always sounding traditional: for example, we've all heard prison songs, but how many times have you heard one about being afraid to get out of prison? It's good to know that there are people like Jeff and Sarah out there, making music this good without a lot of fanfare.

Their sorrowful, sometimes whitty and well blended harmonies grabbed hold of my soul and took me back to my roots. Barb Hollow Sessions has been crafted with just as much love. I can't think of too many artists that can bring a chuckle to my belly or tear to my eye the way Jeff and Sarah can.

As Good as It Gets

Anyone who misses listening to their albums (Dog Years and Barb Hollow Sessions) are missing some of the best songs around. They paint a vivid picture with each song, reminiscent of the talent displayed by the late Jim Croce. If you buy one of these cd's, you'll want the other one also. Hopefully we'll see a third one soon.

Pure and Soulful Music
author: RandySara and Jeff have really done it this time. Their first CD, "Dog Years" was excellent. Their second try with "Barb Hollow Sessions" is one of the best CDs I have heard in years. This CD is "Pure" Music. If you like good folk, bluegrass and/or blues you will absolutely enjoy this CD. I would (and do)recommend this CD to everyone who enjoys good pure acoustic music.
