Bare Common is all about the craft and art of the song, whether it's a simple guitar and vocal duo or fully produced work. Depending on how old they are, listeners have said that our close harmonies remind them of a) The Everly Brothers, b) Simon and Garfunkel or c) Iron & Wine.

Bare Common lives and works in Duluth, MN, USA, on the western tip of Lake Superior, which is a regular source of awe and inspiration. Our name, taken from Ralph Waldo Emerson's essay "Nature," describes a seemingly space where the ecstacy of existence strikes.
