Barney is a singer/songwriter who plays an aggressive acoustic guitar style that is hard to catagorize. His guitar techniques have been influenced by Phil Keaggy, Michael Hedges, Pierre Bensusan, Ben Harper and Billy McLaughlin. His song writing style has been influence by Sting, Twila Paris and Larry Norman (to name a few).

He is a performer who loves to engage the audience with his unique guitar style.

Using a "jam man" to loop multiple layers of percussion and melodic rhythms, finger tapping, slapping.... people end up wondering "how did he do that?"

His music will move the listener.....
