Album Notes

Rob Barrick (Highland bagpipes, Scottish smallpipes) and Elizabeth Nicholson (harp) are seasoned musicians in the Celtic tradition and have numerous other recordings to their credit. After years of playing at Celtic inspired weddings, the idea of a joint recording came up.
This recording is an example of some of the music that they have played for weddings, and is quite listenable aside from being used specifically for ceremonies. If you like what you hear, the duo is available for live performances in the Pacific Northwest.

"Celtic Wedding Music," Volume 2 is now available! Rob and Elizabeth have expanded the group and are now calling it "Rose and Thistle Band." This new format includes Eddie Parente on violin and viola and encompasses a much wider selection of music.
