The sound is familiar yet fresh, a blend of funky folk rock that packs a punch. Andrew Bayuk is an imaginative songwriter and talented guitarist whose heartfelt vocals draw you in, with lyrics that keep you wanting more. His style provides a landscape of modern daily life and the political and social issues of our day.

Heavily influenced by the Beatles, John and Yoko, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, and the Grateful Dead, much of Andrew's music has an acoustic folk backbone with an electric rock overlay and is laced with accompanying and background harmony vocals.

Featured on television and radio, Andrew's music is finding its way to the mainstream audience.

In addition to his more conventional songs about life and love, Andrew is determined to play songs for people who still care about our less fortunate fellow citizens, are fed up with the unfettering of big business at the expense of the public, are tired of having our environment compromised so the rich can get richer, are tired of being lied to and led into an illegal war for oil, and still have the dream of a solid decent America that is strong at home and respected around the world. Like many, many people, Andrew does support the troops, but NOT the war.

The song, "Think Peace" is a pro peace song as well as, "Through the Eyes of the Other". "Save the USA" is a cry to politicians to put our interests first, have some political courage, and do the job that they're elected for.

Andrew's song on this CD, "Lonely With You" won 1st place prizes in 2 of the American Idol Underground's Folk song contests!
