The "BEST OF BJ Blue Vol 1" is a collection of BJ's favorites from his last 4 CDs plus five brand new songs ... "T.L.C.P.D.Q.", "We Got A Good Thing", "The Toughest Cowboy", "Nelson, Haggard & Jones" and "I Let My Singin' Do My Talkin'" all of which are contenders for his next "single" release ... current single is "Nelson, Haggard & Jones". All tunes are BJ "originals" with the exception of one cover tune "Slow Hand". Originally recorded in the R&B field by the Pointer Sisters, the "real" record on it was rendered by Conway Twitty with a soulful Country R&B groove. We feel like BJ's version cops the best of both worlds.

BJ Blue and the Cadillac Cowboys have now established themselves a record-breaking, chart-making high profile act on the Texas Music Charts (www.texasmusicchart.com and www.texasregionalradio.com) and Texas music scene with two Top Ten singles "Made In The Shade in Texas" and "Somebody Must've Been Cheatin' On Hank" and three other releases which became Top Twenty records in the Texas Charts. Of special interest is the fact that "Somebody Must've Been Cheatin' On Hank" showed up at # 2 on the Roots Music Chart
