This CD is a contemporary jazz masterpiece

I read a review of this CD and decided that this was one I needed in my collection. Who is this guy? I mean I had never heard of him before and now can't understand why any jazz fan hasn't. It's all there - great musicianship - great songs. This is a standout in my CD rack.

One of the best I've heard in a LONG time!

What amazes me about this CD is not only the playing but the writing. These guys can play for sure but there are great compositions as well. This CD gives me hope that contemporary jazz is not dead.
