June, 2007. Ah summer. Sun. Beaches. Blue sky. Wha? Beatnik Turtle is enjoying many a summer day inside the studio while continuing their challenge to release 365 songs in one year.

June's 30 tracks put Beatnik Turtle almost to the halfway point for the year. With 365 slots to fill up, Beatnik Turtle cranked the creativity knob to "11" and filled the month with geek pop-rock goodness covering everything from incompetent drivers ("Why Don\'t You Drive?") to BYOB freeloaders ("Saint Gratus") and everything in between.

More highlights from June include:

"The Love Notary" - in the tradition of "Car Wash", "YMCA", and "Funkytown" comes a disco number that celebrates the head Notary Public that runs the Department of Love. Can you dig?

"I Don't Want To Work Today" - a Monday morning anthem for nine to fivers everywhere.

"You Shouldn\'t Have Pissed Me Off" - this is what you get when you mix sheer, unbridled anger with a Casiotone.

"Internal Server Error" - a song that takes the actual text of the Apache Web Server 500 error and puts it to music.
