THE CHEAPASS ALBUM: SONGS ABOUT OR INSPIRED BY CHEAPASS GAMES
"...probably the most surprising game-related item I've
seen this year."
-Erik Arneson, boardgames.about.com
The Cheapass Album is Beatnik Turtle's third and most cheapass album ever! Filled with songs about or inspired by the off-beat, quirky board and card games of Cheapass Games.
Cheapass Games classics such as Button Men, Get Out!, Freeloader, and Kill Doctor Lucky all get Beatnik Turtle-ized for your listening enjoyment. Although based on games, the songs all stand on their own; each a fun, upbeat track that could easily have found their way on any other Beatnik Turtle album.
This full-length, 11-song album which features cover art by renowned illustrator and comic book writer/artist, Phil Foglio, is perfect as a soundtrack to your "Games Nights" or just rockin' out in your car.
And - if you act now, we'll even include one BONUS "double-secret" track tagged on after the 11th song - yours absolutely free! FREE! Now, how's that for cheap?
Best of all, because it's a Cheapass Games product, we're selling it at Cheapass Games' patented standard games price of $7.50! An incredible, cheapass deal!

an array of genres singing about games

This album is aimed at the intersection of fans of Cheapass Games and the Beatnik Turtle sound. Songs written and performed in a variety of styles, including the mandatory hidden track, make this a robust visiting of a very specific topic.
It makes for a good soundtrack while playing games which don't provide their own soundtrack.
