February, 2007. It's early in the year and Beatnik Turtle has a long long way to go to complete their challenge to release 365 songs in one year.

February contains the next 28 tracks that would make up 1/12 of Beatnik Turtle's output for 2007. With 365 slots to fill up, Beatnik Turtle cranked the creativity knob to "11" and filled the month with geek pop-rock goodness covering everything from Fat Tuesday ("Our Trip To Mardi Gras") to Valentine's Day ("The Honest Love Song") and everything in between.

Just some of the stand outs from February include:

"Two Twenty-Nine" - a song about breaking up on Leap Day.

"Mr. Right Now" - a musical celebration of sex, booze, and instant gratification.

"No I'm Not Done Feeling Sorry For Myself" - a folky ode to the joy of wallowing in one's misery.

"Smarter n Better n You" - a country song about knowing your limitations and then some.

"Chicken Pad Thai" - a tribute to the world's most perfect food.

And many, many more.
