Great live show! Can't go wrong catching them when you can!

Crashyertown is a good introduction to The Believers because it's close to what they sound like live, and mixes a variety of the music they do. Favorites include: 1,2,3,4,8,9&11 - and 64% is pretty strong! They picked a great opening with Railroad Spikes & Shotgun Shells. Instrumentation is mainstream Americana, and the performance is everything that is good about performing music for other people. At Shakori Hills 2006, they made a believer of me!

Taking Country music in a new exciting accessible direction
author: Mike Dwyer

There's country, rock, bluegrass, pop, folk and yet it pulls together in a hugely impressive coherant whole.
"You don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows...." Indeed, and the wind's blowing behind The Believers!

This CD reflects what I heard that night: solid writing played with passion. Vocal harmonies worked very well. Passion on stage is equalled by the passion on the CD. "Railroad Spikes and Shotgun Shells" and "Crashyertown" are two favorites.
