Album Notes
In the spring of 2009, on the back porch of a Wisconsin home, brothers: Erik, Jacob and Elijah bell resolved to form the inimitable Hip-hop electro band, “The Bell Boys.”
Originally from Stockton Ca, their beginnings were such of growth and discovery where the boys began to hone their talents, sound and aptitude, while never losing focus of their goals and ambitions.
In 2005, multi-instrumentalist, singer, song-writer and eldest of the brothers, Erik Bell, began his journey into the world of art and music as former drummer and eventually lead vocalist for the indie-rock band “Synonyms for Silence” established in Santa Cruz Ca.
Meanwhile, brothers Jacob and Elijah began their expedition playing with pop, emo-punk band “Jean Hagen” in Northwestern Wisconsin. It was then the two richly flourished in sound, notoriety and a devout following. However, their eminence didn’t stop there. The brothers went on to play fundamental roles in the orchestration of their jazz project, “Free-Me thought.”
After a time of separation and in the light of the dissolution of “Jean Hagen” in 2008 and “Synonyms for Silence” and “Free-Me Thought” in 2009, with optimism the brothers decided to pursue a distinctive project, thus forming “The Bell Boys,” under the management of their father Xavier Bell.
Jacob and Elijah then returned to California and reunited with brother Erik where they currently reside in Sacramento.
With massive genius, self-assurance, aspirations and creativity, “The Bell Boys” are confident in their ability to successfully achieve their goals, their passions and take the music world by storm
