Album Notes

Bel Riose - Two men, one distinctive sound.

Four strings, 24 frets and a monster truck sized drum kit can shatter your perception of what it takes to be a rock band. The two brothers that run grit-pop outfit Bel Riose will do just that.

With an unbelievably full sound that incorporates both delicate and explosive percussion with an acoustic bass guitar that plays equal time in camps of low smoothed-out swells and jagged baritone bliss, one couldn't ask for more. Add in deliberate and poignant pop lyrics delivered alternately with melodious charm and ferocious dissent and you won't need to.

Simply put, this band is on to something. You'll know it the from the moment you press play on their new album "Moving Targets," to the final crescendo of "Diamond Adversary" that brings the outside world crashing back to your attention.

With a live show that blends pure energy with pop sensibility and raw recklessness, the brothers consistently leave audience members slack-jawed. Bel Riose and "Moving Targets" are set to take the musical world by storm. Ryan and Geof Dolejsi are taking their show on the road and will be in a neighborhood near you. Soon.
