ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Representing Modesto, Ca. Beneath The Embers (formally Through The Threshold) formed in June of 2010. Their music blends crushing rhythm riffs, soaring leads, merciless drum grooves and deep powerful lyrics. The band has set their influences high with Artists such as August Burns Red, As I Lay Dying, Bleeding Through, Killswitch Engage.

In early 2011, a few line-up changes took place, Travis Hancock was recruited on drums and Mike Cassara excepted the position as lead front man on vocals. Since taking on these new members, Beneath The Embers have formed and even bigger, more original sound which emphasizes on musical diversity and depth due to these new members. Armed with this new lineup, in June of 2011 they took on their new name, Beneath The Embers, only fitting for such a project poised to begin reaching up and out.

BTE has performed with national acts and major festivals all over the state of Ca. and there is no slow down on the horizon from this exceptionally hard working group.

In August 2011, BTE took another step closer to world domination by inking a deal with Contorted Records & Artist Management.
Their freshman EP "Depths of Insanity" is a must have for Metalcore fans worldwide.
