...when i visited talvin singh’s ‘calcutta cyber cafe’ in londons ‘brick lane’ 1998, i got infected with the ‘asian underground virus’, since this time i work as a dj, specialized for asian and oriental underground music, here in swiss in different clubs and locations… i have my own radio broadcast ‘chaos in paradise’ on smallest swiss alternative radio station > http://www.rasa.ch
since the mid eighties i’m doing improvisation / experimental music (percussion, sitar, synthesizer et al…) the huge archive of recorded material is now a welcome treasure for my recent remix activities…
these tracks here, mostly improvised, are recorded between 1998 and 2011. all instruments are played and manipulated ben i sabbah (aka bfx), excerpts are noted below.
