Album Notes

On their third release, the boys in benj-o-matic thought it would be a dang fine idea to write the songs all together. They holed-up at the infamous Earthtones Recording (www.earthtonesrecording.com) in North Carolina and began to craft their latest sonic masterpiece. After it was all done, they had it mastered by Ty Tabor, guitarist for Kings X!!!! The title refers to an old saying at the full-service filling stations these boys grew-up with in the South, "Regular or Hi-Test?". This time, Hi-Test was the answer from the first note. The sub-title "The Infinite Amplification of Silence" is the actual Webster's definition for the word Feedback. As you listen, let it take you on a journey of musical lefts and rights with dark stories and wry humor thrown in as only these fine Southern gentleman can do it. Straight-up hard grooves will keep this one in your iPod and CD player for years to come!!!!!!!
