I've been enjoying your poems immensely... I have listened to the first 20. I don't have it with me, so I can't remember the titles of a few that I'd like to comment on, but when I get the cover in hand I'll write again. Overall, I think you have a real knack for tapping into bodily, primal sensuality-- for a lover, and for nature... you nail the connection between the feminine person and mother nature... as if the air, water, soul, and vagina are all intricately laced--- and I'm not sure I'd argue with you after hearing your poems:) I must say that I find myself moved, somewhat turned on (wanting to be in the middle of you and your lover, but that may be partly because I am excluded...) and finding my senses heightened. So that's good poetry, right?

Mitch has written poetry for over 10 years, and has compiled a series of children's stories, sold poetry books on the internet, and is published in the romance novels of Madeline Baker and Amanda Ashley.
Mitch studied, practiced, and taught the art of Shaolin Kung Fu for over 28 years, including working with elementary school students on self defense techniques.
Mitch also has worked in the medical field, first as an EMT and currently works in the ER of a level one trauma hospital. Dealing with difficult patients as well as very ill patients, from the violent to the freshly dead. Every level of life is experienced at that ER.
Mitch is a member of the "Cherokee Roundtable" a very distinguished and old writers group that meets regularly in Louisville Kentucky, to share writings of many different genres.
Spoken word is not new to Mitch, WHISPERS is the second CD created and performed. LEAN THIS WAY was released in 2005. The response to this CD stirred so much interest that Mitch created "WHISPERS" which includes more music and poetry of differing aspects of life, love and sensuality.
Writing is of the soul, and hearing this poet speak these words will cause one to fly into a different place. One truly falls into every word; feeling the sensuality, the pain of lost love, and the abuses of life or time .
