Formed in 2012 and led by Frontman Joel Sanders bringing the perect mix of melodic tones and guttural roars.n. James Arwood seasoned drumming, Justin Renner's unique style of guitar and song structure, and Kris Hollenbeck's progressive bass style make Bent to Break a must have for your collection.

“The first single recorded by the Mosheim, Tennessee hard rock outfit Bent To Break entitled “Rise” is something that fans of the genre could immediately sink their teeth into. This is definitely a venture into the darker side of hard rock. The talk of vampiric creatures that rise and feed at midnight, silky smooth clean vocals reminiscent of Breaking Benjamin and rough vocals that bring to mind Hatebreed’s Jamey Jasta at his angriest combine to make this a solid track. The first portion of the chorus is the line “Bleak lives don’t mean much,” delivered in that Jasta-esque scream and that is what pushes this track, for me, from a soft seven to a hard 8. Don’t just take my word for it, go on over and check it out for yourself! http://www.reverbnation.com/benttobreak”

“Give your ears to some new music just produced here at The Sound Lair - by east TN band Bent To Break. This recently-formed four-member band draws upon a broad palette of dynamic rock influences. Keep an eye on these guys.

”Miah Lajeunesse - The Sound Lair

"I want our music to tell a story. To get back to the forgetten art of taking the listener down that path with you.."
Joel Sanders
