Album Notes

- Andrea Benzoni born in Italy1961, I started private lessons at 14 and
at 16 I was playing in some dance orchestras
- At 18 graduated at Oregon High School ( USA) where I met Howard
Roberts who introduced me into Jazz music
- I was 20 when I spent one year of my life in Paris playing with others
the music of the " Hot Club de France "
- Back in Italy I started in conservatory classical guitar, piano and
composition, meanwhile I was studying in Milano Electronic music,
Jazz guitar with Tomaso Lama, few session with Berklee, fingerstyle
with G.Unterberger
- I also studied with Joe Pass, John Abercrombie, Jim Hall, Joe Diorio
- Since the end of 1998 I started the solo carrear blending all my
experiences
- I write musical articles for Guitar Club magasine
- Teach music in my own music school and others
- Work in recording studios as guitarist, arranger and artist producer
- I am endorser for Lowden ( Ireland )guitars and J. Pears Strings USA
- I made several CD and my last is a solo guitar produced by the
German label " Acoustic Music "
- My music is on " Mel Bay " 2001 world acoustic guitar selection CD
- I give concert all around the world
-Since summer 2002 I also make concert with the first viola Danilo Rossi and the first double bass Giuseppe Ettorre of the Scala theatre of Milan (Italy)
