Just Try and relax Me!
author: Stephen J. Niven Jr.
Relaxtion for me is an elusive but increasingly necessary goal. Like a search for the Holy Grail I've tried any number of techniques to try to bring myself to a place where I can relax and refresh myself enough to feel renewed. I believe Progressive Muscle Relation may well be my answer. It was with great skepticism that I first listened and followed the instructions. The immediate positive results however soon dissipated my cynicism. The more I practice the simple technique(s) the better the results. I'm clearly sold on this and have told other "type As" in my life. Hopefully they will soon experience the calming, restorative aftereffects of Progressive Muscle relaxtion.
