This CD represents songs from the early 20's Al Jolson's (THERE's A RAinbow Round My Shoulder)to recent Broadway Shows. Songs of Sondheim and Styne(Everyhting's Coming Up Roses), to the Gershwins( Nice Work You Can Get It) to Richard Rogers and Oscar Hammerstein's (So Far).
Vincent Youmans, (I WANT TO BE HAPPY) and Bob Merrill's Take Me Along...I was lucky to star in that Broadway Show with a wonderful company....all good songs and I sincerely hope you like the way I sing them.
There are thirty songs on this CD and you might say I wanted people who have a memory of these great Broadway shows and to people who will be hearing them for the first time.
